The Planning & Zoning division reviews all land use application to determine the impact on the environment and appropriate mitigation measures based on the Star Valley Town Code. The division is responsible for enforcing the zoning regulations, plan review of new and expanding developments, review subdivisions and minor land divisions, and processing conditional use permits, temporary use permits, rezoning applications, sign permits, tree permits and variances.
