Council Member Sharon Rappaport
Sharon Rappaport and her husband Bill (former Mayor of Star Valley) moved to the Knolls from Scottsdale in 2004. Both were instrumental in the incorporation of Star Valley in 2005. In addition, they were part owners of the Star Valley Gazette newspaper where Sharon also worked.
Sharon was the Star Valley Photo Enforcement Officer (Redflex) for five plus years, bringing in revenue for the Town. Before her retirement she worked twenty plus years in the Dental Sales Industry, nationwide, selling capital equipment and sundries for various companies. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.A. in English.
