Star Valley Park

Star Valley now has a community park, the B. Diane McDaniel Community Park, located at 3615 E. Highway 260. The park is named in honor of Diane McDaniel, who was very instrumental in the incorporation of Star Valley.

The park sits back from Highway 260 and provides a quiet and sheltered atmosphere. It is equipped with picnic tables, benches, and grills. There is also a volleyball court, and three horseshoe pits. There is adequate free parking. An aviary sits on the property and hopefully with be the future home of native birds. There is also a barn on the property which eventually will be utilized by local youth groups for animal projects.

The park is open to the public. Come see and enjoy!

The Town of Star Valley is selling memorial bricks and will use the monies to sustain the park. All monies will go to the park. If you are interested, either call the Town Clerk at 928-472-7752 or visit:
